"an hour ago NEW I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Q60 Red Sport in June of last year. After signing all paperwork and about to have the car delivered to me, the sales rep tells me he apologizes but only has 1 key to the car. He said the previous owner promised the other key soon and would mail it out to me. It’s been almost a year and no 2nd key yet. I’ve reached out multiple times and now he doesn’t work there anymore. My tires also started to wear out around 10k miles (not complaint about that) but when I took it to the tire shop to swap out the tires they needed the wheel lock to remove the rims. Guess what? They also didn’t give me that… stay away from this dealership."
