"I got fast service, but I was surprised that they didn't adjust my tire pressure. I came in with low pressure, and when I left, my dashboard was still telling me I had low pressure. Maybe I should have mentioned it when I checked in, but I thought that would automatically be included with a tire rotation. Now I'm starting to wonder if my tires were actually rotated. How would I know the difference?"
"What a joke. I’ve made two appointments with them. The first one I had to change because of timing and the shop being way too long. I rescheduled for this morning at 8am. I showed up and the entire facility was closed. The garage gates were all down, the office was locked and gated as well. The phones just ring and the voicemail box is full. I waited for 30 minutes and nobody showed up, what a waste of time. So unprofessional."
"DROVE my car there. They charge me $100 to do a diagnostic on it and told me that I needed a new distributor simply try to charge me $700 for it. I found one at O’Reillys for 140 dollars and told him that I would probably just do it myself. When I got to Meineke, they told me that my car wouldn’t start and pushed it out into the parking lot. Spent a couple hours trying to get it started with the new distributor assembly that I bought One of their text eventually came out and told me that I needed to buy a new engine.. I was in the parking lot till midnight messing with it, and eventually got the timing right and drove off. I still had to pay the $800 diagnostic even though I got the car back in worse condition then When I gave it to them…."
"Had a great experience working with Danny. He was very professional and courteous, and was able to get work done promptly. He was also very good at dealing with the insurance agency to approve my warranty claim. He even had someone take me back to my work, so I didn’t have to wait around for my car to be ready. Danny and his team really went above and beyond!"
"I have been going to this location for reoccurring oil changes to ALL my family vehicles. Have not had issues, only exceptional customer service! I continue to use the center for various tasks as the unexpected does arise and they are very flexible with daily routines."
