"Not only did it take a million rings for them to answer, then they tried to tell me I didn't have an appointment. I received a confirmation email regarding my request/booking, with a reservation number. Furthermore, there was a note that said they would contact me if the appointment was unavailable. Nobody contacted me. I guess it's a good thing that I called to ask a question. (And no...I would not like to reschedule for another day.) NEXT!"
