"Where do I start with this business?! I was recommended to come here from an Autozone representative and I couldn’t be more happy I found out places like THIS exist! Affordable, great customer service, HONEST from Arnie & Mario! I cannot help but emphasize the honesty! My car was thoroughly checked and turned out Autozone was dishonest about my battery failure. Any other company/mechanic would’ve just changed my alternator with no hesitation without adequately diagnosing the issue. Not here! To let me know what the problem at hand was and not make an attempt to take advantage of a young woman is commendable and to be appreciated. Even if my service was rendered as requested upon having my vehicle towed there, it would have been no problem again because the price is affordable. I, without a doubt, recommend this business and will be referring anyone I know, or don’t, to this establishment. I thank the individuals here for their expertise and how courteous they’ve been to me during this somewhat stressful ordeal. Autozone had me so livid, I was shaking in fury by the time I returned to my vehicle because my situation could’ve been dissolved with a battery swap. But then again, maybe things happen for a reason. I would’ve never known about this business had this not occurred. Thank you again to all of the staff. Thank you for taking your time with me, my car and being patient and gentle with me while I was frustrated."
