"In the beginning caliber collision was great, i got my car back and they told me my symbols were on back order for 3 months, this was in june. One of clips on my front left bumper that they replaced went bad and the guy on the phone tried to tell me it was from previous damage, my previous damage is on the back right side and they have proof of that. Now it was has been 7 months and everytime i call, they always tell me i’ll get a call back or they emailed the parts guy and he will call me by end of day, but i have gotten zero response. do not recommend."
"They repaired my car body and did decent work. I dropped the car off with no dashboard lights, no codes, and no problems with engine mechanics. When I picked my car up the check engine and the traction control lights were on and they said they only cover "damage from the accident". Would not recommend for the price or the service."
"My insurance recommended using Caliber Collision Costa Mesa , CA . I glad I listened to my insurance co . Caliber Collision repair my vehicle to like new and the accident never happened. Manager Gilbert kept me informed from the start and gave me via phone updates at least once a week . And Gilbert personally delivered my vehicle to my home upon completion of repairs and explained the warranty on their repair . The repair is complete and we are totally satisfied and I have no problem in recommending Caliber Collision."
