"TLDR: stay away from this horrible business! They damaged my car's headlight sensor during tint installation and denied their liability! I paid ~$600 for premium tint and now I have to spend another $400 to fix the sensor damaged by them. I took my 2-year-old car to Tint World San Marcos for a full car window tint and the auto headlight stopped working immediately after they tinted my car. I contact the shop the next day and they suggested to wait and let the liquid dry out. 2 weeks later the auto headlight still wasn't working. I then took the car to another dealer and they confirmed that the headlight sensor right under the windshield was damaged by liquid during tint installation. There sensor was corroded and there's water stains inside the sensor where water should not present by any chance under normal circumstances. The quote to replace the sensor was $400. I reached out to Tint World San Marcos again and told them the whole story. The staff Ryan promised to give me a call after asking the owner for solution, but I never received any call from them. I then called back multiple times and another guy Angel told me that the owner Gregory denied their liability for damage to my headlight sensor. They didn't even offered to check my car or tried to repair it or whatsoever. Also, the tint quality was poor. The tint has some wavy/grainy pattern and there are lots of specks and tiny fur under the film even after they redoing the tint. I highly recommend anyone stay away from Tint World San Marcos. Attaching photos of the location of the sensor and the corrosion inside the sensor."

"Awesome experience from start to finish. I filled out the quote request via their website and was contacted not long thereafter by Angel. He gave me all of the info I needed and was very helpful. I took my car in this morning for my scheduled appointment and was in and out in no time! There were no surprise charges and my car was ready sooner than expected. "Had a great experience with these guys. Wanted to get my car wrapped to protect the OEM paint, and they did a great job! Angel walked me through the wrap options they had, didn't pressure me into anything, and stayed true to the competitive quote I received over email. Had already gotten my windows tinted, so I didn't get that done here, but I have no doubt it would've turned out good as well. Took them about 4 days to do the car, and they were helpful in offering to find me a rental in the meantime so I could get to work. I had an issue with one of the windows not rolling down all the way (new generation of car, new wiring harnesses to learn to work around), and one of the panels had a slight peel at a sharp corner after two days. Called them to ask about it and they immediately scheduled me in to get it checked out and fixed. Took maybe an hour, and all those issues were solved. Super happy with how the car looks now, and their sense of responsibility and professionalism is great. If I need other cars wrapped, I know where I'm going. My only gripe would be the window issue, it would've been better to have it done better the first time, but that honestly is a small thing since they immediately remedied it when I called them. Great service!"

"Super pleased with everyone at tint world and I absolutely love my new wrap. Juan did a fantastic job laying it down and keeping it looking symmetrical on both sides of the bike. Wrapping this bike was no small task. Bottom line is these guys do great work and stand behind it. If you're in the market for a wrap don't count these guys out. Thanks again guys"
