"People like Mryna would be the only reason to go back, her customer service skills went above and beyond. My problem is that my quote jumped $241.00. I was given a 3 day wait period for the part to be ordered and received. Much to my delight, I was call next day and told all was ready. No mention of large price increase. I had to read it in the paperwork given to me to sign when picking up my vehicle. I was told the reason was due to the "generic" part arrived damaged, so the manager said to go ahead and use the Honda part. (Not sure why both would have been ordered since originally I was told nothing kept in stock). I was not given the option to wait a day or 2 more to reorder the less expensive part. My guy said, "I was just going to wait for you to get here to tell you". At least I have met my $500.00 per incident deductible, and now have a claim of approximately $50.00 with my insurance company."
"Staff was friendly and very helpful. My car went in because it got scrape dent on the passenger side. They did an impeccable job. You can't even see where it got mega dinged. While my car was in, they provided daily text to keep me up to date with their progress, and they got it done 2 days earlier than first stated. Thanks, Caliber Colission!!!!. You are all awesome.!!!"
"Very bad comunication with service advisor, poor repair quality, forgot to replace headlight, two body underpanels. Missing screws, and a noise cause by the accident."
"Big gaps shown after headlights repair. Watch out for your gasoline level. I lost three quarters of gas during repair process. The car sent in for repair with full tank of gas, when out of shop it had less than a quarter of fuel left. And even with big drops of gasoline outside tightly sealed fuel cap."
"Very unsatisfied with service. My truck was there for hail damage. When repairs were complete and I got my truck home I noticed two dents that did not get repaired, they did not paint where the hail took off the paint. Greasy oily finger prints were left all on my driver side visor. Parts are missing from pieces the were taken off and not put back on after repair. I had to call my insurance and let them know I needed to take my truck back to fix all these problems."
