"Don't schedule your appointment here because once you start the process you are trapped. They are extremely slow and not organized. Instead of promptly scheduling all the needed appointments they make you wait at each step. And the explanation is - "unfortunately it's a process". Even after the second sleep study it is 4-6 weeks before you may get the machine. Ridiculous. I wish someone had told me before I decided to see this clinic. I would have gone to another clinic that actually cares about providing treatment, not just leaving you in limbo suffering."
"Very inpatient operators. They always rush to hang up your phone before your questions answered or transfer you to a line that never get picked up, causing inefficient communications and waste of time, while both parties were assuming something to happen and waiting for each other. I also did an overnight sleeping study at their Sunnyvale office. What surprised me is that they don’t let me take away the mask and nasal pillow afterwards, which means that they may reuse them for other patients, disgusting and dangerous. This is hard to believe in the days of living with COVID-19 and flues. //Updates on 12/20/2023: Seems the only wat to communicate is to via text messages. And cross your fingers for somebody replying to you. Message sent on 12/30: "Hi, can somebody give me a call back on my case please? It's stuck for months and i still didn't get my supplies. I called Apria yesterday and they said they didn't get the prescription at all. Your text message is so confusing and nobody can be reached on the phone call. I don't know why it is so hard to work with you. Can someone track my case and give me a call to let me knows what is the status and where it is stuck and how I can help resolve ASAP? I'm out of supplies for a while, and Apria need your prescription to place order. " //Updates on 1/15/2024: message sent: "Hi, Sleep Aprea called me today, surprisingly ask me to pay deductible for a new C-Pipe machine. I don't know how come your system is so messed up and hard to communicate with, but i have clearly told you 3 times in the last 2 months that I do not need a new machine, I need supplies for my old machine! Can I reach your supervisor or boss to have this simple issue resolved ASAP please? You kept making mistakes and don't listen to your customer at all!""

"Made an appointment and drove 30 min to pick up equipment for a home sleep test after i received doctor prescription. Equipment came with a youtube video for instruction. The equipment they provided was defective (blood oxygen sensor wasn’t working) spent two hours to troubleshoot but this was hopeless. Drove 30 min next day to return (and hopefully exchange)- but the lady at the desk said they did not have any to exchange but they would reach out to me. Waited 5 days but no calls, so I called them- they don’t know what’s going on but wanted to schedule another pick up and start all over again….not professional at all."
"My Sleep study appointment was scheduled for Dec 21, 2021 at 7:30 PM. They sent me a message at 6:28 PM that same night cancelling my study. I was already on my way to my appointment, DRIVING AT NIGHT in the POURING RAIN!!! I am a 71 y o senior woman who has not driven at night, much less in pouring rain and it was with great difficulty and stress to get to my appointment. Their technician had a last minute emergency and I’m sorry for him/her, but that is NOT MY PROBLEM. How convenient that I was the only patient for that technician that night instead of 3! Let’s reverse the situation - What if I cancelled 1 hour before? They would’ve charged me the full amount. What do I get when the cancelled my appointment 1 hour before? NOTHING!!! I NEED the owner of this facility to reimburse me what they would’ve charged me and my insurance."
