"I've had nothing but great care and service from my Dr. Chong and all his staff and nurse. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and was treated immediately and prescribed medication to bring it under control. I've had surgeries at the Loma Linda hospital and also great care and always very clean and respectful from everyone. Thank you all for my continued health."
"My last pain medication was shipped on May 17th..sent a message to my Dr's. Nurse on June 5th requesting a refill and she said it was approved and I needed a urine test but the medication will ship. It is now July 17th and still no refill...sent another message and I get a standard response that I can expect in within 2 weeks. So over 2 months since my last refill and I'm still waiting. I think I'll change my care to the VA Loma Linda Ambulatory care building. This place is terrible."

"I've been visiting this office since it started in Upland move to Ontario and now it's in Rancho Cucamonga. The nurses have always treated me with respect I've grown to know them even though most of them are gone now I still get excellent help from the nurses there and I've been with my doctor for a number of years. A plus for the Rancho Clinic, this is only the facility for the VA that I can give a five-star to. Go Team Chong!"
"Dr Chong is really good new dr. For me was with rancho clinic since before the move to new facilty. Who ever does appointment scheduling I don't know if it was Nurse or staff but did not seem to interested and very dismissive of my situation of my blood meds. As I was in emergency with blood pressure so high I thought I was having a heart attack. Asked her questions for heart stress test said oh very how should I say like not interested and said they will call you I felt helpless and like Was bothering her as she cut me off mid sentence. So new facility lacks that caring feeling very sad does not help my severe ptsd."
