This night club has been a central gathering place for nearly 100 years, offering a space for people to enjoy, escape, learn, and smile together. The institution was originally built as Chapman's Alician Court Theatre in the 1920s, hosting live performances, community events, and movie screenings accompanied by the Marr & Colton 3/16 pipe organ. The Mary Louise Tea Room, opened in 1925, became a popular spot for social gatherings and was part of the theater complex overlooking the city's downtown district. The Fullerton Historic Theatre Foundation purchased the venue in 2005 and the institution was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.
