Tedious repair procedure, missed pieces when they return my un-repaired earring.. Also a note they don’t accept any return if you buy in store, only online It might not be worthwhile to buy directly from store. There are places that offer veered quality and better service. Probably won’t buy again. The sales person is friendly but their after sale policy is very rude to customer"
