"I love this barber shop. It has that barber shop feel to it, and the barbers are real cool too. Shawdee, is the barber I go to and not only does he give great cuts but you can tell he knows his customers and the community respects him. Really good barber. I Highly recommend this place for a good barber shop experience."

"I received the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. I asked the barber for a taper instead he gave me a bowl cut ball fade in the back of my neck. My fiance' told me to go to this barber and said they were pretty good but that was far from the truth. The barber cut all the hair in the back of my neck off and to my skin. Last time I checked thats in the ball fade category. At no point in time did I say I wanted a ball fade. I specifically said I want a taper. Insult to injury I had to go back to the barber shop so they could repair the horrible haircut I'm so embarrassed to wear. The repair only helped it look faded a bit but they could not fix a whole patch and layers of my hair that was cut off. The absolute worst is that I paidn 20 for my hair to look horrible. I asked for my refund just for the simple fact I am ashamed of my haircut. Rather than giving me my full refund he only gave me a $10 and stated we still have to charge for a service. So basically I had to pay for bad service and a bad haircut. In any event when a customer is dissatisfied they get their full refund not partial. But they refused to give me my full refund. I will never go to this barber shop again and I do not recommend this barber shop based on my horrible experience."
