Since our inception, we've transformed our grounds into a living classroom, featuring a series of themed gardens that highlight drought-tolerant plants from various Mediterranean climates. Each garden is meticulously curated with UC Davis Arboretum All-Star plants, known for their resilience and minimal water requirements, making them ideal for California’s unique climate.

Located in Ojai, California, The Oak is a charming food institution situated at 905 Country Club Road. This restaurant offers a unique dining experience with daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner options that showcase locally sourced ingredients, many of which are grown in their own resort gardens. Guests can enjoy their meals al fresco under a beautiful pergola, with stunning views of 200-year-old Oak trees, the championship Ojai golf course, and picturesque mountain vistas. The Oak serves breakfast from 6:30 AM to 11 AM on Monday to Saturday, and 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM on Sundays. On Sundays, guests can also indulge in a delightful Bluegrass Brunch from 9:30 AM to 2 PM.
