"Love this family-owned coffee-shop! Open space, different seating arrangements if I get bored in one position, there are regular table + chairs, including tall tables, and couches. Friendly customer service. There is no air-condition which I think is a plus because I usually get cold in other study cafes, they do have ceiling fans for airflow! Food is yummy, recommend the eggplant sandwich and thai iced tea!"

"Love this cafe in the neighborhood. Came here a few times for tea, coffee and breakfast. A few tables by the street, pretty spacious inside and a backyard with two round tables and a long one. A coffee, milk and a ham egg cheese croissant totals $15.40."
