"Disclaimer: My review is solely based on the customer service provided by Danea (pronounced Dana/Day-nuh) in late August of 2022 as I did not immediately hear a response from a Ketamine Infusion Therapy clinic in my immediate area. Danea is absolutely an incredible woman & I would love to meet her one day. You can tell Danea is passionate about this treatment & her position. The most valuable thing someone can give you is their time & she gave it to me. She answered all my questions, shared her experience, wise words, was comforting, supportive & uplifting. I just can't say enough good things. She is invaluable. I will say that I think having an administrator who has relatable issues & has gone through this treatment offers something else unparalleled to a regular administrator. In addition, I will say that this therapy works & you will notice a difference. For years I struggled with severe depression & suicidal thought & Ideologies. My spirals were no joke. After treatment, I no longer spiral - like, I literally can't - my depression is no longer severe & I no longer contemplate suicide. The duration & intensity in which they occurred is just no longer there. When other traditional methods did not work, this did. I am not perfect, but I am a far cry from where I was."

"The team here from the coordinator to the nurses doctors and even billing department are extreme helpful and proved excellent communication and support throughout the process. I was anxious about the treatment having never experienced psychedelics and having a hard time letting go but the environment and medical support they provide made me feel very safe and that helped me relax and take full advantage of the treatment. Even the billing department makes the process easier and is very patient and educational with trying to gain maximum reimbursement from a reluctant health care insurer. They monitored my vitals and even breathing and talking so they were immediately there for you if you need it. They are a full medical team and cover all your needs such as any potential nausea. Although I was comforted knowing there was a medial teal behind the process that did not change the relaxing and comforting setting they provide with noise cancelling headsets blankets warm lighting and an at home feel. I highly recommend this place especially if you are a first timer with any anxiety or fear about the treatment."

"The licensed doctors and staff made the Ketamine infusion processes simple and hassle-free. There's no unnecessary nonsense, hidden fees, or upselling. They were honest and straightforward with me since the beginning. Do at least 4 sessions. It was the sweet spot for me and most patients.
