"Disappointing. They run this place more like a business but not a child care place. Stuff working like a robot trying to process the tasks, and always, always short staffed, you don’t see they care about your child and all you feel is they are trying their best to make their job look nice. There was new teachers coming every now and then but they would never stay long, I even experienced three school directors in one and half year. They don’t talk to parents about kids’ progress unless your kid makes them taking extra time or anything makes their job hard, and they only expect your kids being average that fits in their category, otherwise they’ll give you all the hard time cuz you make their work performance not good. If your child is a good boy or girl who follows instruction at all times, naps quite and quick and behaves sweet and doesn’t need special attention then this place is all right, otherwise it’s gonna be a nightmare"

The teacher ALLIE and assistant director Allison are very nice and patient to answer me a lot of questions (I am a foreigner and really had many silly questions) . "I can't say enough good things about Tutor Time. Our daughter, who is now 17 months, has been going to Tutor Time for the last three months now, and the experience has been truly amazing. It did take our little girl a week or so to get acclimated to a daycare atmosphere, but her star has really shined since then. The curriculum for a 17 month old child isn't too crazy, obviously, but they are constantly doing activities that help to develop motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and their sensory perception. Nearly every day my little girl comes home and does or says something new. The staff is solid, haven't had a single problem with any of them. The director is very personable, and very passionate about what she does. Someone reviewed this place with a single star back in June. The current director had just taken over around that time. She has been there the whole time, and she really loves what she does! I highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a clean, safe, and nurturing haven for their children!"
