"I just received one of the worse service in my life at McDonald's drive through today at 2:00 a.m. I ordered 80 pcs mcnuggets and one big and tasty hamburger and they made me wait outside for more than 30 minutes. Wiithout letting me know, I had to remind them 3 times "knocking on the door" but they simply ignored and don't care. Finally, I got the mcnuggets but when I got home, NO hamburger. I have to drive back and get it, but still no apology from them what so ever. Please Amanda (GM), the manager "Jasmine" needs to be retrained or detained immediately. Really frustrated customer."

"First of all I suggest down load the app for daily deals and food reward points I always love to order my morning hot coffee on the daily deals strong and smooth just the way I like my hot coffee also once in awhile I will get large iced coffee preferably with a extra shot of hazelnut syrup and 2 shots of chocolate syrup fyi t would request no ice and ask for a regular cup of ice so I can make my iced coffee last"
