"Im a current resident at Admirals Cove and wanted to take some time to really appreciate the team at Admirals. Jessica and Eduardo specifically have shown they care for the residents. I recently had an emergency work order and felt the team handled it quickly and effectively. Our townhome is sized just right, we have a huge backyard for our fur babies to enjoy and love all of the landscaping around!. Looking forward to spending the next year here!"
"We showed up to check out the Cove and it's townhouses without an appointment and luckily Jess was still able to help us! She went out of her way when she didn't need to and gave us a quick tour. The community looks great and is what we were looking for, we will be applying in the summer if all goes well!"
"Honestly, before the current manager came in, I'd have given this place 2 stars or worse. But Jessica has been a breath of fresh air, with a proactive, can-do, empathetic approach to leadership that has earned the trust and respect of the community. I've come to learn that good customer service is so rare when renting. The main reason we stayed was because of that. The location is flawless (you won't find better in Alameda), with both ferry ports a five minute drive away, Target/Safeway/various restaurants barely a minute's drive, the tunnel to Oakland two minutes away, the best Vietnamese restaurant in the Bay Area (Mint Leaf) three minutes away, and just five minutes to get on the highway to SF/elsewhere. Sure, rent is pricey, but where isn't that true in Alameda? You won't find better on the island, which is why I renewed. The pool, the gym, the BBQs, the fire-pit area are all lovely bonuses to add."
"I toured this property and was blown away. I love that the location is a little tucked away but you are still so close to everything. The staff was so warm and friendly as well. Jessica toured me around and the townhouses are absolutely adorable. Highly considering leasing here!"

An amazing manager! Anytime I have concerns or need any assistance, with absolutely anything, she handles them right away. An amazing community and place to rent from and a 5 star manager."
