"We started working with Michael's office as our previous Farmers agent went AWOL. I requested the Michael Geffe office to take over our policies, mainly because he is in Laguna - familiar with area! I worked with Shannon Fry in the beginning, who was so responsive and experienced! Michael reached me and engaged in several generous conv with me-reviewing all our policies and making recommendations. I did not ever feel "sales pitched" but it was clear we were grossly under-insured. Finally, I was referred to Dana Albert in his office, as she works with "difficult" properties (rural, hard to insure). We are now completely satisfied with our current policies and I am much better educated on insurance! Do not hesitate to contact them - they are a broker, by the way! We are done looking for insurance agents now that we have the best."
