"Let me tell you about a magical experience we had at this establishment. Me and two other men (one was a British “person”) were famished and needed some eggs in our belly. We decided IHOP would be the ideal venture for our needs early in the morning. We walked in and saw a large amount of people waiting to be seated. Disappointment washed over our group like a wave. Luckily, this was a magical morning, and Phong was the wizard that saved us. Within 30 seconds, our group of 3 was seated and looking at the menu. We just had a quick browse when our egg savior phong asked what we would like to order. Did we need time to look more? Maybe. But Phong was tuned in, reading the vibrations of the universe and ready to fill our egg desires. We placed our order and we’re off to heaven. Eggs arrived like a wonder. We ate our meal and were warmed by Phong’s magical vibe. She gently touch my shoulder when I asked for the check, and I can never wash that spot ever again. I’m planning my next trip just to have this magical experience again. 10/10"
"Got here 11:50pm. Asked the lady if she needs our name to get seated. She said two parties are ahead and she knows. Then as time passed at 12:05 I saw her seat another group before us. I asked about it and she said I’m next again. It annoyed me cause she sat 5 of us in a 4 person table. So smooshed and wasn’t clean. The old check and coffee was left. Then took a long time to take our order. We had to grab the guy to take our order. After we ordered, it took almost an hour to get our food. It was only the first half. Then when we got our second half they told us that the impossible is frozen. Then by the time the burger came we were done eating and my sister had to awkward eat alone. Service and the food sucks. The pot roast was just left over shredded beef. The broccoli had no flavor, and the pilaf was average. The breakfast was actually pretty good. The onion rings were pretty good as well. But service sucked. So disappointed"
"Visited on a weekday morning after spending the weekend at Lake Tahoe. It was quite busy and it looked like they only had one chef. It was my first time visiting IHOP and I had some expectations, especially the pancakes but sadly, they layered them with burnt ones. Good thing the omelette was nice. Asked for a cup too as a souvenir."
