"I am extremely upset at the way the dietician treated me in no way or form should you ever treat anyone this way! I came in after being at the E.R with my 2 month old daughter. I was recommend to use a formula that is protein sensitive with that being said I was told Alimentum similac formula I came in and explained my entire situation and I gave him the diagnosis I received at the E.R he laughed At me the entire time I felt really down after waiting for 3 hours there I explained I’m really worried my daughter has been having diarrhea for two weeks and he has no empathy just laughed at me like I had no idea what I was talking about I was really stressed and I came to get help . Disgusting behavior from Alberto"
"Went into the office a few months ago, was told to call the number listed. I’ve been calling, they’re always “closed” even during the times listed open. I haven’t been able to receive help majorly of my pregnancy."
"I'm 9 months pregnant trying to see if I qualify. It either rings for 5 minutes straight or the prompts take me in circles. First it tells you about what WIC provides, 1 for English, 1 for 1st time applicant, long message about men's health month in June 0 for operator. Hit 0 it goes back to the beginning. I know it's my hormones but I am in tears trying to handle my business. Just pick up the phone!"
"Very friendly and helpful. The only thing bad i would have to say of the place is that while in my appointment, the lady doing my interview would answer her cellphone while i was talking. And start to text. But i got in and out in the span of 30 mins"
