"4/10 - Just wanted to give an update: still went to this office to get my taxes done (Ms. MC is a wonderful tax pro and highly recommended for those going here), still without issue...but Vida, who is still there, is incredibly rude. Another client was working with her and several times she yelled and berated the person like they were a child. It made the entire visit uncomfortable and tense (and she didn't even apologize! She got up and walked to the back). She's definitely the blight on this otherwise good office. Beware when making an appt with her. *Original I had the pleasure of working with the tax pros here for many years, have always had excellent service and felt appreciated, but I had a encounter with one of the pros last year that left a sour taste in my mouth. Vida (the pro who "helped" me) was so insanely rude to me when I called one evening to change my appointment, telling me how annoying I was for changing my time (had a personal reason) and being really short and clipped with me. And the minute we confirmed the new appointment, she hung up the phone without a word. I then went to the office on my new appointed day, and while she didn't help me (Ms. MC did, who was great!), I recognized her voice and when I said hello, she completely ignored me. I have had a great experience going to this office in the past, so this interaction definitely made me sad. I give 3 stars because I do like the office, and do plan to use their services this year, but I just wanted to warn everyone"

"I am always satisfied with my tax preparation at H&R Block. The staff at the Culver Center branch in Culver City California is always meeting and surpassing my needs and expectations. My tax preparation is handled with care and professionalism by H&R Block. My tax preparer Veeda F. should be commended and applauded for her excellent skill, insight and kindness."

"The tax service by Gina itself was satisfactory, however, I don’t plan on returning due to the behavior of their manager. Her customer service was poor, and she gave me attitude regarding their mistake in double charging me. Moreover, she couldn’t even notice me rough timeframe about the refund at all, and didn’t apologize about inconvenience. I cannot trust their return policy or even structure, so I figured it out by myself. It’s not that hard to be kind to other people when they ask absolutely common questions related to your responsibility."

"Ma'am MC Bush and the rest of the staff at the Culver City H&r block were so great and very accommodating. She finished our taxes right away and she explained everything in detail as she went through our taxes with us. Amazing team."
