Dr. Rose Lovell (she/her) is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician, offering comprehensive healthcare services for all ages, sexes, and genders, including specialized prenatal and reproductive care. With a heartfelt connection to the Santa Cruz Mountains since childhood, Dr. Lovell is thrilled to serve the community she calls "home," now as part of the dedicated team at Santa Cruz Community Health. Dr. Lovell brings a compassionate approach to her practice, with a particular focus on gender and sexual minority health, ensuring a safe and trauma-sensitive environment for LGBTQ patients. Her journey in medicine began with a B.S. in Psychology from San Jose State University, followed by medical training at the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut, and residency completion at Natividad in Salinas, California.
