"Beautiful arrangements at a fair price, AND amazing customer service. The best floral service I've used, and I use them frequently. They sent a group text at delivery (since they had to leave it at the door) with a photo to both me and the person I sent them to, and to flag should they drop at another location. I've never received that level of customer service from start to delivery. Highly recommend"

She went out of her way to help me put a korean message on ribbons and matched the flowers to my friend's colour scheme. She also agreed to personally deliver the flowers on Sunday when they are not opened. You cannot find someone as detailed, caring, professional and talented as Sophia. She is the best!"
