Located at 26801 Old Mission Road, this revered place of worship is part of the renowned Mission San Juan Capistrano grounds. With its rich history and beautiful architecture, Serra Chapel stands as California's oldest church, having been built by Spanish padres shortly after the mission's founding in 1776. It is a place where faith and history intertwine, offering a unique and serene environment for worship and reflection. Serra Chapel is known for its traditional Latin Tridentine Masses, celebrated every Sunday at 6:30 and 8 a.m. by visiting Norbertines from St. Michael’s Abbey.
