"It sucks. I don’t know why I allowed them to convince me to switching. I came to see a gynecologist. I forgot my husbands insurance required a referral. I don’t know what I was thinking when they said switch . Very slick. The black lady gynecologist didn’t even look at me just ran labs and ask questions. This place is a joke for medical professionals. Fast forwarded months later. Crystal the person who answered the phone was rude and annoyed. Talking too fast. Probably was the one who convinced me to switch. A fast talker and on that call didn’t care to service me. Also the email they sent telling me to get a PAp and offering a gift card raised a red flag. Some people would look at it as , wow, I’m getting a gift card. Nah. That screams come come so we can get paid I’m switching back, even Kasier was better"

"I don't write reviews often but the service here is awful first of all whenever I try to call the behavioral and mental health department the receptionist never picks up I've tried calling at all times before 6 on different days to schedule an appointment and majority of the time I'm met with Gracia Gonzalez is not available and sent to voicemail I'm lucky if they answer and I just called to reschedule an appointment I was put on hold someone answered I said a few words and then they hung up on me! and when I tried to call again they purposefully hung up on me! I'm really upset that was disrespectful I come here to get help with mental health services and I'm hung up on when I tried to make an important appointment regarding a very serious issue in my life I want a number or someones contact information so I can report this because this was unbelievable I should not have been treated so rudely I will not put up with service like this again"

"Some doctors are unpro even lab made me wait for almost 2hrs for nothing. And ou go and ask the receptionis they dont know what to do. If i only havea choice i'll chance my doctor and clinic. I have to wait a yr to do that.not happy with all the service they have. It sucks"

"I have been going here for years! Dr. Benjamin is really good at explaining things and actually takes the time to go over any results, and so does Dr. Danny Garcia is a very good doctor. He's been very patient with me going back and forth with a procedure I have going on and being good at understanding me. Although I have noticed that the referral department does take a while to submit a referral and not so good at answering the calls. But when they do answer, they actually do help out and are very polite. Also, one thing I have noticed in the last couple of weeks is that Nelly is no longer there, and when I call to schedule or reschedule an appointment, they never answer the font desk anymore. When Nelly was there, I never had an issue getting an appointment or getting a hold of someone."
