"This home is located in a secluded, quiet redwood grove, surrounded credibly clean and well-appointed. The hosts left beverages, fresh fruit, cheese and much more and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed to prepare meals—not a guarantee in many rental homes. The outdoor patio was lovely, the hot-tub was modern and easy to use, and the interiors clean and roomy. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant, answering any questions quickly. The city enforces strict rules regarding noise after a certain hour and, understandably, this is reflected in the house guide book. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!"

"I stayed awhile across the street with my family and the owner is neglected all the safety and noise in the quiet neighborhood. All the neighbors were frighten and sacred around this place. I felt sorry for the neighborhood and my family. Totally illegal and the owner Harry milked everyone in around. Guests need to be aware .."
