"My experience with Dr. Lewis was great. I will recommend him to my friends and family. After visiting 6 dental offices he informed me he could help me with my dental problems. I had pain for 7 months and no other dental office would help me. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure and answered all my questions. Now I am pain free and my quality of life is great and im very happy and grateful. The office staff was awesome and helpful. Dr. Lewis and staff are No. 1 and excellent. "I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed with Dr.Lloyd and the experience was amazing. I went in one day to learn more about the service they provide and I scheduled that same day. The girls at the front desk were helpful with all the questions/ concerns I had. The day of the X-ray/consult was short and brief with meeting Dr.Lloyd. He explained all that could happen during surgery but reassured he’s never had anything happen during the operation. I was able to schedule the surgery a week later. The day of surgery, I was a bit nervous as it was my first time going under general anesthesia but the two nurses that were prepping me were so kind and made my experience a lot better! The recovery was easy and simple as well. If I somehow had to get wisdom teeth removed again, I would come back to Dr.Lloyd and his team in a heartbeat!"

"Editing my review: Personnel in the back is awesome! Have seen Dr Lewis in 3 different occasions and he is awesome.. I recommend them.. I have to change my review a bit here, the people that answer the phone need a customer service class. It's not professional for them to interrupt anyone in the middle of a sentence when someone is trying to explain why the call. My date of birth is not going to tell you why I'm calling. The doctors and the staff in the back might be great but the people in the front are so rude and act like we owe them anything."

"Had intial surgery, they took payment. For follow up appointment, I told them I was only available on Fridays. They "rescheduled" 3 times in a row on me. First two times they called a day before to say the doctor was busy at the time they made the appointment for and do it the next week. The third time, the office lady calls and says she needs me to be there way sooner than the initial time she scheduled. I tell her I am unable to, if she had called or messaged the day before I could have made this work but she failed to do this. Her response is to question me why I couldn't be there sooner. This is incredibly inappropriate and not her business. It is amazing that she fails to see the issue is they continuously make appointments that they know they are not going to honor. She says she scheduled two surgeries in place of my appointment. So basically it is my problem because she is not going to change that even though we have an appointment scheduled and this was the third time she has done this. She then says she could reschedule for Monday. I again remind her I am only available Fridays and I don't understand how they haven't had time the last three Fridays even though they have scheduled me for each day. She obviously doesn't care about this at all and says that she thinks I'll be fine and to just call them if the surgery does not heal properly. I do not know if the surgery is healing properly as I am not a dentist..... I paid them for this service.... once they received full payment they make follow up very uneasy. But for scheduling surgery it will be no problem as they get paid after this. She then says again just call if it doesn't heal properly and asks me if I want to reschedule. There is obviously no point in rescheduling for me as they are just going to cancel again. I tell her I feel she will just cancel any appointment I reschedule and she gets all happy and says ok well I won't schedule anything then and then just hangs up. I obviously won't be doing business with these people in the future. I am exploring reporting this to the Dental Board of California as I doubt this is they way they are supposed to do business. To anyone considering doing business with these people I urge you to explore different options."

"My experience here was great! I had multiple wisdom teeth extracted. I was in and out in no time and the dental assistants were super comforting. I was scared to go under and they were super kind throughout the process. The doctor was super transparent about the risks and I absolutely appreciated the honesty. I will definitely come back for any dental surgeries in the future. I would definitely recommend this place to family/friends. Thank you so much to all staff for making this the best experience possible for me!"
