"Horrible. Owner doesn't keep up the place; just interested in collecting/raising rent, not the tenants. No security, but plenty of crime in the area. Not safe for seniors, and part of that is because there are more under 55 than 55+ in the complex. Limited parking. No social activities (bingo, grocery trips, games, movies) even before COVID. Non-heated pool (heater constantly breaks) only open 3 months out of the year, during office hours. Flying cockroaches. The previous manager scammed tenants and got away with it. New manger is great and cares a lot, but can do little coz she gets minimal support from the owner."
