"Cushman Wakefield is the most disgusting company I have ever rented from. I'd rather live under a bridge than here, no joke. The way they treat people is just filthy. We had a week where we had no water and/or hot water in our building. When I asked if they would grant us any restitution like a couple days off rent or something their response was to go talk to their lawyers. After multiple complaints and 50+ emails back and forth about noisy people in the pool area after 10PM, with photos and videos of people having sex and bubble bath parties in the jacuzzi, their response was "Sorry can't help ya". And upon moving out there was a pre inspection done which showed no damages or paint needed but after moving out they deducted $150 for touch up paint claiming it was a standard charge for everyone. This company and most of the people who even work on site there are absolutely disgusting. Every time I had a complaint or issue I was always talked down to like I was the problem. They didn't act in kindness as a customer service agent. If you have the opportunity rent anywhere else but here. Heck they even charge you for light bulbs if they need replacement after you leave. I only lived there a year and the dining room light was doing out. So was it new when I moved in? Nope. Avoid this company and their properties like the plague. And pray for them that they may come to the LORD and see the error of their ways in how they are doing business."

"Moved this to one star because of continued issues with management. Extremely expensive. Very loud pool during the day. They finally lock it at night to prevent all the pool parties. Grounds are not well kept. Annoying parking rules, they will automatically tow a car from your spot simply if the plate isn't in their registry. They take your dogs DNA. Floor is uneven in the apartment. Living room and second bedroom are really small. Can't even fit two couches and a coffee table in the LR. But they do allow pets which is nice. Much more bad than good sadly. After six months of explaining noise issues with people in the pool area after 10PM their response is they will close the pool whenever they feel like it with no guaranteed time even though there are constant noise issues. People throwing pool parties at 11:30PM on a weekday even. The management doesn't care at all about their tenants. This company nickels and dimes you to death even with little service free for everything. Upon moving out they not only charged $275 for cleaning but also are trying to charge $150 for 'touch up' paint when the place was in nearly perfect condition and the pre inspection showed no paint issues. It's unreal how terrible this management company is. Go anywhere else but here. Cushman Wakefield is a complete terrible property management company."

"WORST COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED IN! The place is all beautiful and shiny when you do a showing and sign a lease then goes downhill fast. All management (Daniel, Timothy, and Carmen) is beyond rude. Never responds, has a "not my problem" attitude, and doesn't care. The pool has been closed for the entirety of our lease with no solutions or end date. When we ask about reopening we are told "it isn't a part of your rent". The dog park closed down for months, and when they opened a new one in a new location, no notice was given. Multiple water shut-offs with no or inaccurate notices. We were without water for 18 hours one day. When we reached out for an update, their response was "we are working on it". Multiple outside community lights have been out for over a month making it pitch black and unsafe to walk around. Strangers are constantly roaming the community and would break into the pool (when it was open). Our apartment flooded from the washer, and they did not approve reimbursement for using the common laundry facilities even though we went a week with a washer. The flooding has destroyed our floors and they keep rejecting our maintenance request (for 2 months). Now for the big review: they will not process your rent on time and then will charge you late fees. This has now happened to us twice. I have lived in multiple apartments and have never been late on my rent. When we went to our bank, the bank informed us this is on the complex management because they took 10 DAYS to process rent. Our bank said they have to give out multiple cashier's checks for this apartment complex a month due to the same issue. They said they do not have this issue with any other apartment complex After calling to express concerns, Carmen told us "maybe this isn't the place for you, and you shouldn't renew your lease". Don't worry, we will not be renewing!"

"I did a short term lease here for nine months and was pleased. I loved the back unit that I had by the woods and trees because I had no neighbors facing me. My son loved going down to the creek and playing with all the kids in the complex. The pool and Jacuzzi were a nice bonus along with the dog park. Whenever there were issues with the apartment, they were quickly taken care of by the management team. One of the few apartment complexes that does short term rentals as well, so that was awesome. We moved because we needed a yard for a dog, but if you have a smaller dog the place is fantastic."

"Since we moved, back in December 2019, I have little to nothing to complain. Maintenance staff is always helpful. Gym is the best I've seen within any properties in this area. Before the pandemic they were renovating some of the apartments (they plan to do them all once it's all over- or that's what I heard) - wood flooring , brand new washer and dryer, etc. My unit is great. It's true that I had to call maintenance a few times but nothing major, and they would always come within 24 hours or less. They keep the property well maintained, and during the pandemic they kept us informed regularly. It's the only gated property I've seen that had sanitizer by the keypad at the gate. Gym just recently opened , they kept it pretty strict. which is a good thing. Property has a car wash , two pools, a dog par. I like it."
