"I went to the salon to have a facial with Ashley. Upon arriving I was greeted warmly by the front desk. The salon is beautiful and clean, products displayed nicely. The esthetician room is in the back of the salon, giving you privacy and quiet. Ashley had the room ready and everything was so comfy. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a fantastic experience and my skin felt amazing. Ashley asked questions about my skin and offered advice on products and skin care that was suited for my individual needs. I would recommend the salon and Ashley to anyone, looking for a professional and friendly experience."

"Booked my haircut online & went well with Jen. A month later, I attempt to book for a balayage online and their system wouldn't allow it, so I called and had someone else do it for me for 11/18. They said Jen who is an advanced stylist would not be available so they talked me into getting in with a lower tiered stylist. I was very kind and even said if the girl needs time in between sessions please feel free to give me a heads up I am okay with it, I don't mind working around the stylist as id like to make thus my permanent salon and build a relationship.They set up my appointment for 2:30 or so I was told. However I get an email saying at 1:30 and of course I work full time so I see the email 4 days before my appointment, so I call to confirm and again im told 2:30. I schedule my entire personal day around my 2:30 appointment, and something had me saying just call back to make sure. I call morning of my appointment and they say it's actually at 2. Okay, so I get there, and the girl says il be 10 mins late. Okay no worries I get it but already a bad thing. She takes 20 mins cause girl isn't shy about offering hair products. She gets done and tells me she has me down for a root touch up...ouch. No that's not what I booked for. I show her a picture of what I'd like to get done and she goes back to the front desk says okay let's have you seated. I ask is everything okay and she says yes. So I sit down and says you're gonna have to schedule that with a master stylist. Now you're telling me I can't have my hair done today. (I had to put off shopping for my Christmas dress for THIS.) So what does every irresponsible person say? I get the response well I don't do scheduling. So she takes me to the front desk, and her mentor comes up and tries to of course blame me and say I might now know what I am wanting to get done. I am assuming what I am seeing on a picture is indeed a balayage but okay if I even got that wrong why is anyone booking me with a stylist who cannot perform that style? So the mentor starts getting pushy with the stylist and tells her she needs to pull up other pictures and tells me to do the same cause she has a client.The stylist already said she can't do what I showed her but her mentor is telling her she can and the mentor is also focusing on blaming me. So she tries to school me and spends about 10 mins pulling up pics on a definition of balayage until I ask okay how is it that we can achieve what I have and can you educate me on what needs to happen. (Why do I even have to ask this) The mentor says we can try other colors but it was just so very pushy and I don't do pushy on self care I mean c'mon how would you feel it just felt like here will u just do this instead and it has to be that because the stylist who we incorrectly scheduled you with cannot do anything else. (Disgusting if u ask me) so I had enough and start mentioning to her all that i see going wrong and Id rather reschedule. Incorrect talent, time, and service and show her my email where it shows my appointment set for 11/18 @130pm with Kam the stylist and says huh how the heck did you get that. Lol Clearly I need to get the heck outta that place cause ain't no one trying to make this better. If I hadn't said stepped back and said okay when can I book this for she would have had this girl do my hair when she herself was not confident she could do it and was clueless on what to look for not to mention the way the mentor spoke to her I can't deal with disrespect like that. Im a Texas gal and an army vet, the world does not revolve around me and I sure as heck don't treat anyone like that, I was kind and professional the entire time and got back trash. Must be a California thing. Needless to say everyone was happy when I cancelled my appointment."
