Church's Texas Chicken

"I do doordash and was sent here several time's, the employees looked very dirty meaning their uniforms had stains and wrinkled they acted like it was a bother to take customers orders? Just very unfriendly and when I said , Thank you, she did not even respond or look at me, the store and restrooms was also very dirty and the food i delivered was called in as cold and stale."

"I Ordered their shrimp basket meal thinking I was going to get some decent size shrimp, which turned out to look like popcorn shrimp with tails. I should have taken a picture of it that won't be ordering it again. Just take my word for it, not worth $9"

"I went there today at 2:30 PM. There were 4 cars In the drive-through, so I thought I’d go into the lobby in order, the doors were locked. Nobody paid attention to me. So I got back in line. Still 4 Cars ahead of me. It took 20 minutes for me to get to place my order, I’ve already looked online and saw what I wanted. I asked the young lady why we couldn’t get into the lobby she said it’s not open, I said yes why she says they’re working on something. OK it took another 20 minutes for me to get to the window. She gave me a price and I said what did you charge me for my order she told me that 2 items were $4.59 and the other 1 was $2.69. I said the 2 items for $4.59 on your page says $2.99, she said we don’t have anything for $2.99 and then when I showed her on their page on Google, she said oh we raised our prices, I said You have them posted at $2.99 so I should get them at that, Then she went to help somebody through the drive-through and a nice young lady was bringing my order and she said to her kind of rudely she hasn’t paid for them yet. She came back to the window and said do you want it for the $4.59 I said I guess so but you should change your prices, The customer gets that price that is posted she just looked at me, And the young lady that was handing me my order shrugged her shoulders. So I got my order. So I got in line at 2:30 PM and checked out at 3:16 PM. Think that’s a little bit long wait in the drive-through."

"I love Church's, but this particular location is always hit or miss with the quality of the chicken. Sometimes, it's to die for, other times, it's downright disgusting. The service is often slow, but friendly with good attitudes. Overall, it's a decent experience, you just have to try your luck!"

"Gaylon was wonderful, she was very friendly and prepared. She offered menu options, and other choices for me to make the meal complete. She went above and beyond to make my visit go well. Definitely a go back just because of her."
