"Service is great, but food is horrible. I've never had great food there. Sometimes it's just "ok," and other times it's down right awful. Tonight I ordered a Pollo asada hard taco (with lettuce, tomato, & guacamole), I was beyond disappointed with what I got. Cold, rubbery tortillas filled with bland unseasoned chicken, and guacamole. The chicken had clearly been sitting out all day. It was inedible and had to be tossed out. This will definitely be my last visit."

"I ordered Carne asada fries with sour cream, not sour cream with asada the whole plate was loaded with sour cream sad these dudes changed! I seriously felt robbed after I tossed them away. Save your time and go to Herrera Mexican food."
