"Customer service at the store was excellent. They found the right balance between offering assistance and giving me space to make my own choice. The sales associates were knowledgeable about the differences between the couches I was looking at, as well as friendly and courteous. The delivery of the couch went perfectly, just as planned. The delivery men actually arrived about 20 minutes early, but were very patient in waiting for me to arrive. They were also extremely courteous, friendly, professional and efficient in moving the couch in and getting it quickly set up (as I opted for that additional service). And, of course, the price was right for a high quality/ well made couch. I appreciate that Bob’s doesn’t play games with various sales. Rather, all their prices are discounted and remain stable, so you always know the price they offer and how it compares to other options."

"Great experience buying furniture for new apartment. I came in on a Wednesday to look but had to come back another day to buy, our salesman Fernando was so excellent we had to take his card and make sure we came back when he was working so we could buy from him. He made sure to review the order carefully with us and find us a delivery schedule what worked for us."

"Bought a bed with goof proof and it almost broke immediately. They came and they decided it wasn't fully broken. Overtime my son never mention that the bed was at some point broken again and so as soon as I found out the I try to claim the insurance again to fix his bed. I claimed bed was broken over time and since I couldn't specify an actual accident the good proof would not cover the broken bed. So thank you Bob never again will I be doing business with you. Update 1 after bobs response. Sorry I was unable to specify an actual incidents as this was my child's bed. Let's face the fact that within the year I had already tried to make a claim and someone came out here to tell me since the bed wasn't fully broken it would not be fixed. Then A few months later my son kept saying he hated his bed never specifying why. I then while doing winter cleaning I noticed the whole bed was just broken. Your bed bob is a piece of §ĥïţ and trust that I will never buy from you ever again. I will take my money elsewhere."

"Fernando greeted us when we walked into the store. We told him what we were looking for and he said we were in the right area for the product. We did find a piece that would work and he immediately checked on availability and delivery possibilities. There was another piece that interested us but we wanted something that could be delivered in five days and the first piece we liked could be delivered when we wanted. We paid for the piece and are looking forward to receiving it. Fernando was friendly, professional, not pushy or trying to get us to buy more. We are very happy with his service.
