"Made an appointment online. Went in and waited for 15 min. No greeting. Finally I went barber to barber asking for Diego. He was in the beginning stages of a cut on someone else. I could clearly see he would not get to me until about 45 min after my 12:30 appointment. Canceled my appointment and left. No apologies. Rude. Won’t go back. I hope they refund my money."
"Alice is one of the barbers that work here. Hands down one of the best barbers I’ve ever come across. I started taking my oldest son to her when she was at another shop about 3 and a half years ago and have followed her ever since. Now my youngest gets his hair cut by her as well. My boys love her! She’s really great with kids. Nice and friendly ! Highly recommend Alice to anyone and everyone. She does everything like designs to a simple cut as well..she does it all! :)"
