"Horrible customer service! I was talked to with no consideration or care almost as if I was a child. First, I asked for a fill in with a specific color powder she talked me out of it because she said it would be too thick once I refused to remove them to start over. Then every color I asked for was out of stock or it didn’t match the color represented on the gel color wheel. Lastly, the paint is all over my cuticles and it looks like it was done by an amateur with barely any experience. I left there feeling over charged, utterly disrespected and highly disappointed. I will never go here again! The quality of work is below subpar and the customer service is appalling."

"I went in on Saturday with my daughter and mom. We all got pedicures and I myself also got a manicure. They are not big on customer service, my daughter felt as if they were talking amongst themselves about her . They were very rough with my mom’s pedi. The additional $18 for gel was not worth as my nails started chipping 3 days in. This was my first time going to this salon. I would like to give a second chance but I highly doubt it. We will see."

"AVOID! What am I paying for??? My high-quality jeans are now ruined because Lisa allowed oil-based scrub solution to sit on my jeans that she flickered onto them without my knowledge. After what i guess would have been about 10-15 minutes of the product sitting on my jeans, she then attempted to "clean" them by rubbing the product with a dry towel. She was ready to apply polish to my nails without cleaning underneath or removing the jagged edges. The same with my toenails. I had to ask her every step of the way to do a job that she is paid to do and expects tips for. I had to ask her to even out my fingernails and pointed out multiple places where my pedicure lacked attention. The "mineral wax" was not wiped off well from my hands nor was the scrub or wax from my feet. She attempted to use an alcohol-soaked napkin to clean it off after I made note of it AFTER she'd polished and put my shoes on. My hands and feet are super dry and white walking out. I'm walking out with a half done job that I paid $64.75 + $10 tip for, though I don't feel a tip is deserved. It's an insult to pay money for services like this for a below mediocre job when I could have saved money and done a better job myself. It's as if these nail places and the workers are now only skilled at slapping gel, powder or acrylic on nails and calling it a day - more money is the goal I guess. The real talent of providing proper manicures and pedicures seems to be a very lost art."

"I really want to like this place but every time I go in I am so disappointed. I have been growing my nails out for months, so I use the dip powder instead of acrylics. It took 5 minutes for one woman to completely break all of my nails. I kept asking her to fix the ombre and she kept assuring me she would. So disappointed for the amount of money it cost. Pedicures are always just okay. They are in such a rush to get you in and out, doesn't seem they care about their work. I only give 2 stars because some of the staff are nice."
