"I have not been here for a while now. I came here with my family over the weekend for dinner. Wow, wow, wow! The bbq was amazing and staff was awesome! I couldn't believe why I haven't been back here for so long. My family and I will definitely be back soon!"
"I had not been here in a few years but I was looking for a restaurant that could accommodate a big birthday dinner during the holidays. I was pleasantly surprised on how well the food was and how great the staff was. Everyone that worked there greeted you and smiled. The whole vibe was positive and welcoming. I had the beef ribs and they were excellent. Another table favorite was the Salmon."
"Positive: Take out ordering is easy and timely. Staff is attentive. Meat is bland, but at least you get a decent portion. Negative: The braised greens are inedible- so incredibly sour it is almost as if the food has spoiled. Had split the greens 4 ways and no one in our party could eat it. Mashed potatoes were gummy and also tasted off. Only ordered take out for here because we had a gift card. If we had dined in we would have sent the sides back instantly and been angry to spend so much on such sub par food."
"I had the fried green tomatoes appetizer with the pico and jalapeños on the side, but the meal was still spicy, however. If you like spicy, you’ll probably enjoy this dish. (without the jalapeños and pico, it wasn’t too spicy, but still too spicy for me) The pork with burnt ends atop the fried green tomatoes were so tender and tasty, but I think that’s where the additional spice was coming from. I also had the biscuits with apple butter, and they were really yummy! I could have made a meal out of them! My boyfriend had the pulled pork sandwich and fries, and he liked them very much. We dine here quite often, and it has always been a yummy dining experience! There’s also outside dining and you can eat at the bar, as well."
