"DO NOT GO THIS CHILIS, the management, cooks and food manager are a nightmare. I ordered Togo fajitas 3 different tomes and they gave me enough lettuce, Pico and cheese for one taco. They forgot my Dakota shells and when I asked the short grey haired manager with an accent what his name was, he told me he did not have a name. And he hopes I never come back. BARTENDERS WERE AMAZING, kitchen staff and manager are terrible. I'm paying california prices for that? HELL NO."

"I was trying to avoid bringing sandy and wet kids in so we did a carside order from the parking lot. We should have just gone in. Original time said 20 minutes then after hitting submit it switched to 30-40min. It took 50min to be brought out. Got back to the hotel and there was no queso for the chips. More food was missing. The corn pictured was supposed to be for a kid with whatever cream they put on it. They threw the fries on the pizza like that. The kids chicken was cold and a tiny serving. The asparagus was wrapped like this and thrown in the bag. I understand they get busy but they had almost an hour and this is what we got."

"Came here for lunch and the place was very busy. Regardless, we were seated pretty quickly. Since it had been a while since any one of us had come to a Chili's, it took a while to decide what we wanted. Huge thanks to our server for his patience. The establishment was pretty clean and the service was quick. The food was delicious and their drink of the month, which was Maker's Mark-A-Rita, was surprisingly great."

"I can't say enough about our dining experience 8/6/21. Service was superb, and the food was surprisingly fantastic! We had the 2 for $25 special, and took the upgrade for the bigger steak, and it added two more sides. Kids loved the mashed potatoes and pizza, but the hit was the dessert (See photo). It made our vacation stop extra fun!"
