"Terrible service and unprofessional staff! It seems like this place is run in an irresponsible manner. After making an appointment and driving miles to get to the location I was informed after a lengthy wait the tires are not in Stock after confirming that they have them in stock before coming. This place needs a revamp in management and staff! Would definitely not recommend coming here at all. They all need to be fired or retrained on how to deal with customers!"

"Took my car for free tire rotation and balance since I purchased a full set of tires from Walmart last year (at another location). The service was quick but two days later (didn't go anywhere the following day) I realized one of my wheel covers were missing. I know for a fact it was on when I left Walmart because I inspected the car before leaving. I went to Walmart on my lunch break as I work a few minutes away. One of the auto shop workers told me it wasn't their fault, I'd probably hit something or someone stole it because the marks on the rim showed they secured it on properly. I said so basically you're saying there's nothing you can do, he said no. I said ok I'll take this up with corporate.. Corporate told me to go to the store to file a claim. One of the store managers Fatima (whom I might add was very nice and patient) took me to speak to the auto center manager to file the claim. It was very busy and we had to wait a while to speak to him. I proceeded to tell him the issue and he cut me off and yelled at me in front of everyone "MA'AM YOU BROUGHT THE CAR IN LIKE THAT, IT DIDN'T HAVE A HUBCAP ON IT TO BEGIN WITH. I PERSONALLY WORKED ON THAT CAR AND I REMEMBER, I EVEN NOTED THE DAMAGE ON THE PAPERWORK!!!" I was shocked and other customers were staring, it was embarrassing. I replied that the car had the hubcap when I went in and I had no reason to lie. I pulled out the paperwork which under damages read NONE. So Fatima suggested they look at the video and he was like yeah whatever run the video then and began helping someone else. The claim process was a bit long and while I was there the same manager shouted at another customer. Anyway a claims rep reached out to me a few days later and reviewed the video during a call and said he could clearly see they didn't put the wheel cover on properly and it was wobbling when they drove the car out of the auto center. They did compensate me for the matter but I am still leaving a negative review because the manager needs to learn how to talk to people and not accuse them of being liars!"

"I took my car since over 20 years to the Walmart in Pleasanton, CA for oil change and tires likes that. Recently I took it there and was said to make an appointment in advance. Also the Person in the shop told me to bring my own filter, as it is difficult to order, when I am there. So I purchased the filter and made appointment. When I went there , I asked the guy to check the air of the tire and the battery, etc. Then they did not have either the full sinthetic nor the blend of it. So, I was asked to go inside and buy my own oil too. thereafter I was charged $34 for labor and it came of a total of $118. 00!! Instead of $75 or $80 as the Walmart advertises. Then I turned around and went to the back door and asked them to check the air of the tire and noticed, it was not done! Then asked to check the battery, and noticed it was not done, . . . .! If this site had 5 negative and 5 positive stars, I would give this store the Negative 5 !"

"Review is mostly for Romeo, Ariel and Reannon (applogizes if misspelled). The most kind, informative and helpful staff members. I went for an oil change and it was done in an appropriate amount of time. Romeo was so thorough and completed my oil change. I enjoyed my experience with these 3 lovely folks. If possible, I will only schedule oil changes with them since other staff aren’t as friendly and kind"
