"This was my first time using H&R Block to prepare my taxes and it will be my last! I went to the one located on Farmers lane in Santa Rosa. From the beginning my preparer was incompetent . He asked me the same questions over and over in the same conversation. Then forgot what we discussed the next conversation. It was frustrating. He finished my return and I mailed in my taxes( I owed a large amount which I expected). 2 weeks later, I received a refund from the State AND Federal government because his calculations were incorrect!!! The worst part? I paid $785 for this incompetency!!! Run don’t walk from H&R blockheads."
