"Update: while I appreciate treadmill Outlet finally getting in contact with me. I had to do it through a review why? I have already called you multiple times since November between those hours and written you at least three emails I'm looking at knee surgery and back surgery I don't need the burden of trying to contact you once again. I don't want my treadmill back I want you to pay me for it . It's been out of my hands way too long to feel comfortable taking it back. Just be a person of your word and cut me a check.Jerrold agreed that you would pay me $500 . If I didn't opt for an exercise bicycle surgeries keeping me from it So just cut me a check send it to my address you have my address you have my phone number please respect your customers we are not just chattel for you to make money off of and I'm very disappointed in you as a person I thought you were a good guy . Original review:This business has my treadmill since Nov 2023 And now I can't get them to answer an email or a phone call about terms for sale. So either give me my treadmill back or pay me for it before I start a small claim suit ."

"Avoid this business like the plague. They have taken my payment for 17 days now and will not ship my equipment, pretty sure they are drop shippers and take payment without having the goods they do not ship your product and won’t refund your payment. I would suggest going direct from places like Hoist and Rep who are amazing. This place is a joke."

"I bought a treadmill back in August...not a cheap one at that. The company sent me an email when funds cleared that my order was transferred to the warehouse for shipping and that I'd get another email with tracking information. Well!!!! A week goes by and nothing...two weeks and nothing, so I contacted the company and they told me that the treadmills were on backorder and they'd notify me, as they were expecting a new shipment in any day. Two more weeks goes by, I contact the company again...they said the shipment came in and my treadmill would be shipping the last week of Sept. Ok fine. First week of Oct, I contacted the company because I had not gotten my shipping information. They said it was shipping in a few days as they had a lot of backorders. I contacted them 8 days later and they said a new shipment was coming in on Nov. 11, and I was at the top of the list. I informed them I was not on that list as I wanted to cancel my order and I want a REFUND!!! My order was canceled immediately. Seems they can cancel orders easier than fulfilling them? I still haven't got my refund. It may take MONTHS with this company. Heads up, don't do business with "Treadmill Outlet" Actual rating....0 stars."

"Incredibly impressed with Treadmill Outlet and Jerrold. I was in the market for a high end elliptical. I knew that I wanted to invest in something close to commercial grade, I found a couple of local equipment stores and started with Treadmill Outlet. On my first visit, I met Jerrold, and he gave me a wealth of information, which I later confirmed with internet research. Their inventory was strong, with both new and used equipment. Jerrold was not only immensely knowledgeable, he was friendly and low pressure. I went to another store that has multiple locations in the Bay Area- opposite experience from Treadmill Outlet - staff seemed uninterested in helping, said they'd follow up, but didn't, and made some statements that were later confirmed false by internet research. This was a big purchase, so I went back to Treadmill Outlet twice. Each time, Jerrold was helpful and didn't put any pressure for me to make a quick decision. After considering, and recognizing that the prices he was quoting were the most competitive (even v. online), I bought a Matrix elliptical. After the delivery, I had a few questions and sent them over at around 11pm, assuming Jerrold would get back to me in the next day or two. He replied 12 minutes later! Unparalleled customer service. These folks have me as a customer for life. Thanks Jerrold!"

The folks at Treadmill Outlet were knowdedgeable and helped me find the treadmill that was right for me (size, featuers, and price range). They also delivered and set it up for me. I am very glad that I bought it there."
