To reach us, take the McKinleyville exit off Highway 101, drive 2 miles east on North Bank Road, and turn left into the reserve. Dedicated to preserving the stunning western azalea (Rhododendron occidentale), the reserve comes alive each spring with a spectacular profusion of pink and white blossoms that fill the air with their delightful fragrance. Visitors are encouraged to plan their visit in April and May to experience the azaleas in full bloom.
