"Our washer broke (water was pooling in the drum) and I was able to book an appointment with Aneboo and Anis was not only responsive, but extremely thorough and great at explaining what the issue was and what the fix would be. He was also very transparent about pricing and what it would cost for parts and labor and he also called a couple days before my appointment to pre-diagnose the issue and make sure he had the parts possibly needed so when he came he would be ready and he was. We ended up having a leak and he had the parts to fix it with him as opposed to having to come back and no time was wasted. The issue was fixed promptly and I cannot recommend Anis and Aneboo highly enough. I will call him with any and all my appliance issues going forward. Thank you!"

"We had Anis repair our kitchen Aid microwave oven not too long ago. The job was a bit complicated, he had to diagnose the problem, and run through different trouble shooting steps. He had to replace the motherboard, and the heating element. Everything was done on a timely manner, and he was very professional and honest.
