"Crazy busy and junk disorganized, dirty store. I guess who's managing it."
"Store very slow tonight and I shopped then left to go back outside so my husband could go in to shop. We have a truck full of wood outside and didn’t want to have it stolen. He asks meanwhile he’s in there to use the restroom. First they don’t know if they do or don’t have restrooms then he finds them and he asks again and they say they don’t have any and then he points to them and emploee says oh but walks away. Then he asks the security guard out them he says they aren’t working. Your employees should (a) know if you have restrooms and (b) if they are working or not. He was ready to spend about $500+ at your store after using the restroom as he needs clothes and gifts for a trip. He walked out with nothing! Good job employees. On that note the black lady cashier (sorry I don’t know her name) gave me excellent service so the star is for her! Everyone else…. Get your stories straight and walk the store to get to know the store layout better."
"Never have I received such terrible customer service like I did at this location. Martha who is supposed to be the manager or supervisor was incredibly rude to the customers and has no manners. As the leader of the store you need to be a role model and show kindness and respect to others. I am sure she wouldn’t like to be treated the way she treats others. All other employees were kind and respectful. Martha I hope you find comfort in whatever it is you are dealing with so that you don’t continue treating people the way that you do."
