"I don't think they want people to move in here! My husband and I both have left emails, phone messages as well as used the texting option. Crickets.....Absolutely no response whatsoever. We have been trying for 2 weeks to get ahold of someone so we can tour the property. They obviously do not want to rent to us!!!"

"Lovely property, friendly atmosphere. The second I walked through the doors, a gentleman named Gage was extremely helpful with all my needs. He answered all questions and made the overall experience very smooth. Beautiful property overall, would definitely recommend!"

"The curb appeal here was horrendous. Landscaping is yellow, entrance and elevator smelled like animal urine and the rooftop deck was filled with old patio furniture that's been sitting in the sun for too long. What a waste of time visiting. The apartment itself was the furthest thing from contemporary, with old light brown wooden floors. This was the furthest thing from a luxury property, as falsely advertised."

I'am exceedingly happy to write this review about 33 North Apartment where we have been living since the early part of 2013. we were so happy to renew our lease just recently. 33 North apartment is a unique place to live for anyone looking for a safe and secure environment. This is a very attractive property with easy access to everything . During the past four years this property was managed by three different community managers before Savannah, the current manager took over the administration just a year ago. All the past managers served this community very well. we give our thanks and gratitude to all of them. Savannah: I'm extremely proud to say that Savannah is an exceptionally quality person who is knowledgeable , patient and precise in her work.Many changes have taken place after she took over the administration of 33 North. This property has now sumptuous environment to live with ease and comfort. Savannah is a soft spoken and a very pleasant person she always keeps a calm mind and she has a very affectionate heart.she chooses kind words when she is in conversation with others. savannah knows kind words and kind actions never die. Empathy is the creator of energy. Savannah has this unique quality. If we open our heart to others they will find a pathway to enter. she understands this. she with the assistance of Shamon and paul is doing a legendary service to this property and to the residents. I have seen many days Savannah working late hours in the office. This shows her dedication to her responsibilities and obligation to the residents. she is an indispensable person. Our best wishes and Good luck to Savannah in her career. we gladly and highly recommend 33 North to anyone looking for a short term stay or a long term stay. "Absolutely love these apartments here. Plus the staff is AMAZING!! Savannah has been doing a great job. Very low noise level, lovely neighbors, maintenance is kept up, even complementary coffee/water :) What more can you ask for!"
