"I am resident of this complex, in general everything is ok, but it has huge problem and management don’t want to do anything about it. The packages are stealing REGULARLY, 50% of packages. Someone is stealing all from inside or full packages. For my year living here I got lost items for more then 1000$, I talked with management and they just promised do something but no actions. So be prepared for the same!"
"Too many dogs and way to noisy!! New management team and now much dirtier and they allowed way to many noisy dogs now!!! Missing the old cleaners and management team!!"

"I was recently going to move into Fayette Arms Apartments, but my buddy/roommate got a job in SF, so we moved there. We got refunded from Cliff for our holding deposit, and he was extremely professional and kind through the whole process. Even when I had trouble getting my western union money order getting refunded from western union, cliff took it upon himself to help as much as possible, unlike everyone else telling me to walk to the next door. He's a really great guy!"
