"Room is spacious and clean. Kitchen has items you need to prep basic meals. There is considerable noise from upstairs if you are in a ground level unit. Beds are uncomfortably firm. Staff is friendly and efficient. breakfast is included but I didnt try it. Target is very nearby for supplies and there are lots of good places to eat in the area."

"This Residence Inn can only be spotted by means of a large sign on Sepulveda Boulevard next to a car dealership. An entranceway leads to the hotel complex, but access to it from the highway has some restrictions depending on the time of day. Ingress and egress northbound is easy, but southbound may require u-turns. The main building is always open and staffed by friendly and helpful people. The building includes a lobby, restrooms, laundry facilities, a marketplace selling snacks and drinks, and a swimming pool. A complimentary buffet breakfast is available here to all patrons. My wife and I stayed in a first floor (ground level) apartment. The suite was clean and the beds reasonably comfortable. The kitchen area features a small stove top, a microwave oven, a toaster, a dishwasher, a full-size refrigerator, and all the pots, pans, utensils and eating stuff you would need. The bathroom was clean, with the toilet and shower separated from the twin sinks. The bathroom has a convenient night light. The main area has two TVs. One of these appeared to have suffered an impact of some kind, with a dark spot in the corner and some colored lines running down from the top. Both TVs can operate from the same remote, which can mean one TV turns on when you are trying to switch off the other. Noise can be a problem. You can clearly hear ALL the activities of people staying in the room above, and I mean ALL. But most annoying of all is the constant radio chatter, rolling of laundry bins, and yelling across from building to building of the room cleaning staff. As soon as they start work, the noise as they call to one another is loud and incessant. Also loud is the garbage truck, although this is brief. Despite all that, if you need to stay in the Manhattan Beach area and want a room with more amenities than a regular hotel room, I recommend this Residence Inn. I can certainly foresee coming here again in the future."

"Great location. The room is large in size. Good service. The parking stall is too small for a standard size SUV and truck. Internet WiFi has problems during my stay. It's on and off and slow."

"This kind of hotel is the way to go in my opinion, it feels more like a house than a hotel room. The service was superb , you could see all these cleaning teams and their supervisors all around, the price covered one car, but I have four, but they waived the extra charges, very quiet, complementary breakfast was a bonus, close to everything you need, pet friendly, small kitchen. It was a great experience, I definitely would recommend it."

"Pros: Great location, very friendly staff Cons: Disgusting carpet/floors that will leave the bottoms of your feet black Having stayed at this location several times, I'm not sure what is going on with the housekeeping. Some of the rooms are in great shape and others are very tired, worn and simply dirty. My last stay resulted in the bottoms of my feet being turned black when walking on the carpet. I requested a room change which I was given but had the same issue in the new room. Not sure if they are cleaning the carpets at all or whatever they are using is absolutely not working. As such, I will no longer be staying at this hotel."
