"The absolute worst office staff I have ever dealt with. My husband came in for an allergic reaction, so I came and met him here. When I asked the woman working in the front to go sit with him she then LAUGHED in my face and told me to go sit back down. I simply asked why I wasn’t allowed back there and she responded with saying it was “too cramped” back there. How is that possible if there is a chair in each exam room for one companion per patient? I then asked the real doctor to sit back there and he said I could. Absolutely disgusted with the Clancy office staff. There are MUCH better urgent cares in the area. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."
