"We bought 2 pairs of shoes and need to return one pair only to exchange for more shoes. My bf would probably buy shoes once a week. He was out of town and remembered he forgot to take the shoes back and went in two weeks after their 30 day return policy. These shoes are brand new and it is 16 days beyond the date. Spoke to a manager said there is nothing they will do. So instead of making a one time exception we will never go back. So they can keep the sale but lose a customer. I never understand poor management who do not understand customer service and keeping customers. UPDATE: Someone answered the text and has now disappeared. I feel like they only say this so it looks like they will respond but don't! Haven't heard anything back at all!"
"In 2023: 1) you cannot assign a person to pick up your order 2) they dont price match their own website in store 3) to return orders you have to call a customer service number If it is really this difficult to shop here I would rather go to a different business"

"One of the better Shiekh stores I've been too. Going in to pick up was easy and simple. If you go in to put in raffles entries the barcodes to scan are usually inside on the table before the register. They get a good amount of retro Jordans but haven't seen them get Yeezys."
