"Employee straight up ignored my mom when she asked to look in the back for rain boots. At 6pm January 22nd 2024 & proceeded to have a nice little chat with her co worker. Store showed in stock online but they did not have any in store."
"Liked coming to this location cause it's near my home but horrible customer service, was waiting in line to pay and 3 workers just talking behind the counter for a good while until 1 acknowledge us. Charged us and didn't say 1 word the whole time. Kinda awkward and uncomfortable, from now on I'll go to a diff location"
"I bought a pair of high top vans for my son 14 days ago. After only wearing them 9 times in a 13 day span the fabric on the top of the shoe fell apart. I called and was told just come in and they will exchange the shoes for another pair. When we came in the manager refused to honor his word. We shop this store 3-4 times a year and are a family of four. We will no longer we buying our shoes from WSS. We will go to another shoe store where we are a valued and appreciated."
"Poor customer service , called about my order placed online . First girl said she didn’t have anything with my order number then I asked could they look it up by name she said no at first but then started naming names of orders which mine was there !! I said we’re you guys not gonna let me know my order was ready ? To top it off my crocs I orders for my son was out of stock an I did not know that until I had to call them … the whole process was wack an not customer friendly . I even asked if I can at least get a different color they told me no … will not be goin back here"
